Appliance Repair Technician
We're currently seeking a professional, self-motivated Appliance Repair Technician to join the team responsible for diagnosing and repairing major household appliances in our customers' homes. This is a full-time role for someone technically oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to deliver fast, expert service while maintaining the reputation of the company and the brands we service.
Essential Functions
- Provide in-home diagnosis and repair of major household appliances — refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and stoves.
- Maintain high-quality customer service and communication with customers and team members.
- Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment for work performed.
- Complete daily service tickets and other documentation via tablet.
- Maintain your company van, tools, and inventory.
Qualification Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on appliance repair experience.
- CFC Universal Certification required.
- Strong diagnostic abilities and working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Demands
The technician will be required to stand, walk, reach, kneel, crouch, and climb, and must be able to lift and move products weighing 50 lbs repeatedly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Office Assistant
We're looking for an organized, reliable Office Assistant to help keep our Falls Church office running smoothly day to day. You'll be the glue between our technicians, our customers, and our local parts suppliers — running errands, keeping things in order, and pitching in on the website and customer communication as needed.
Essential Functions
- Pick up and drop off appliance parts from local suppliers and vendors.
- Sort and organize parts in the office.
- Keep the office organized and running smoothly.
- Contact customers by phone or email as needed.
- List and update products on the company website.
Qualification Requirements
- No prior experience required — we'll train you on our systems.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers, including updating a website.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local parts runs.
- Friendly, organized, and reliable — comfortable juggling a few different tasks in a day.
