Booking is free — takes minutes, online or by phone.

- Pick a date and time that works for you; same-day slots are often available.
- Get an instant text confirming your booking, then another the morning before your visit with your 4-hour arrival window.
Diagnostic Visit
A $110 visit to inspect the appliance and pinpoint the issue.
- Your technician inspects the appliance on-site and pinpoints the exact issue.
- That fee is credited toward your repair if you move forward — never charged on top.
- No parts needed? You'll get a firm price on the spot.
Estimate & 50% Deposit
Parts needed? A written estimate and a 50% deposit move it forward.
- If parts are needed, you'll receive a written estimate, usually within 1–2 business days.
- Approve the estimate and pay a 50% deposit so we can get your part ordered.
- The remaining balance isn't due until the repair is complete.
Parts Ordering
We order the part and schedule your repair the moment it arrives.
- Your part is ordered as soon as the deposit is paid.
- We schedule your repair the moment it arrives.
- Already on our truck? Same-day repair is often possible.
The Repair
Fixed on-site, and tested before we call it done.
- Your technician completes the repair at your home, start to finish.
- We run the appliance under real use to confirm the fix holds — not just reassemble it.

Payment & Warranty
Pay after the work's done, backed by a 90-day warranty.
- Payment is collected on site once the repair is complete — nothing charged just to book.
- Your invoice and 90-day warranty on parts and labor are emailed the same day, so you always have it on hand.
